Company Support
Transportation Allowance
Team-leaders or higher level employees are eligible for allowances which compensate the cost of commuting by public or private transportation.
Meal Allowance
Employees are eligible for lunch allowances. Company-run cafeterias are also available.
Group Activity Allowance
The Company organizes and supports employee group activities, including mountain climbing, hiking, fishing, tennis, basketball, soccer and bowling.
Founding Day & Labor Day Celebrations
In celebration of the Company¡¯s founding day and Labor Day, commemorative souvenirs are distributed to the employees.

Medical Expenses Support
All employees are covered under the Company¡¯s group casualty insurance. Also, all employees 40 or older and their spouses are eligible for comprehensive medical check-ups.
