Global Man-Power Training Program
A select number of employees are chosen every year for these programs through an individual application review process. Successful candidates receive support from the Company in terms of tuition and living expenses.
The objective of this program is to foster so-called ¡°regional experts¡± in such strategic geographies as Dubai, China, Russia, Indonesia, Ukraine, South Africa, and South America. The select trainees are assigned to these regions to learn their unique languages, cultures and customs and also to conduct market studies and promote the Company¡¯s presence in these regions.

For a select few employees, the Company supports their advanced education in Korean or overseas, Ph.D or MBA graduate programs.
The Company organizes such intra-company programs such as ¡°Leading Change,¡± ¡°Strategic Management Innovation¡± and ¡°Hanwha MBA¡± in order to train the next generation of young business managers who will become the Company¡¯s leaders of tomorrow.
