Hanwha TechM¡¯s history spans 50 years during which it has accumulated special know-how in the field of industrial mach-
inery. It changed its name from Hanwha Machinery to Hanwha TechM on January 1 2007.
Hanwha TechM is Korea¡¯s market leader in the furnace process device (FPD) business. Hanwha TechM also distributes the industrial equipment for the manufacture of flat-displays such as plasma display panels (PDP) LCD, OLED and BLU, both domestically and internationally. In particular, Hanwha TechM has achieved unrivalled global technology leadership in the fields of heat treatment for PDP, Incinerators and RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers), as well as environment safety equipment.
In terms of factory automation equipment (FAE), Hanwha TechM has successfully built assembly lines for display distribution equipment as well as automobile engine and transmission assembly lines.
As for its machine tool business, Hanwha TechM is gaining global recognition by actively exporting compound automatic lathes and turret-type automatic lathes to 30 nations around the world, including countries in North America, Europe and Asia.
Hanwha TechM will continue its R&D efforts to innovate in the development of newer technologies to establish its position as a globally recognized machine and equipment manufacturer.
