In principle, after the purpose of collection and usage of personal information has been satisfied, the pertinent information will be immediately deleted.

- Reason for Retention: To keep track of Q&A¡¯s as well as follow-up questions.

Procedure and Methods for the Deletion of Personal Information
Personal information will be discarded in the following manner
- Procedure: The personal information that each customer provided us is relocated to a special database after the purpose of its use has been completed. It is stored there for a legally permitted period of time for specific purposes and then destroyed. Once moved to the special database, the information will be retained for legal requirements only and will not be used for any other purposes.
- How Information is Destroyed: Information stored in electronic format will be destroyed using applicable technology. Information printed out in hard copy will be shredded or burned.
Provision of Personal Information
Hanwha will not disclose any private information to third parties except in the following circumstances:
- When we have the personal consent of the data¡¯s owner
- When mandated by governmental authorities in accordance with legal procedures and methods
Assigning Collected Information in Trust of a Third Party
Hanwha outsources its information management to the following third party company:
- Trustee:: Hanwha S&C
- Trustee¡¯s Responsibilities: Providing notices, delivery of marketing materials, website and system management.
Exercising the Rights of the User and their Legal Representative
- You may request at any time that the information you have provided through your customer service inquiries, be deleted. As for your personal information, we will delete all relevant information as soon as a request to delete such information has been received in writing, via telephone or email, and that notice is delivered to the manager in charge of our privacy policy. Hanwha ensures that all information deleted at your request is retained in accordance with our policy. The use of such information for any other purposes is strictly prohibited.

- When you visit our website, our web servers send a "cookie" (a small data file) to your computer's hard drive or other device that identifies your browser in order to track statistical information about navigation through our site.
